Two annual on-site visits are conducted, using a comprehensive technical checklist that covers all mechanical, safety, and aesthetic components.
Each visit results in a time-stamped photo report, which can be viewed at any time. This approach allows us to identify wear parts (ropes, springs, bearings, or upholstery) in advance and plan their replacement before they affect usage.

When corrective action is needed, it must be swift—but above all, precise. An incomplete diagnosis or an unsuitable part can make the problem worse in the long run.
We service critical components of reformers: carriages, rails, cables, and more. The parts we use are genuine parts sourced from the manufacturer’s network, notably Merrithew.
We also service Balanced Body and Elina Pilates machines, which have similar designs but require specialized knowledge.
